Securely pack your unused lashes in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship to HQ
Print your generated returns label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the items for hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
